Yess On the Move

The Yess On The Move programme is aims at people who plan on making a career switch or have to change employers involuntarily. Our clients are companies as well as individuals. The Yess On The Move programme is tailor made and consists of five phases.

In the first few phases much attention is given to obtaining a realistic and objective view of the individual, determining their capabilities, personalities, values and career aspirations. The individual then makes a ‘moving plan’ and the coach will have a critical look at it from a labour market perspective.

The individual then uses the ‘moving plan’ as a guideline to actively approach the labour market. Our coaches help you along with the right contacts, interviews and introduce you where possible to contacts of Yess. The length of the programme may vary according to the wishes of the individual.

The Yess On The Move coaches are experienced consultants of Yess. They know the wishes and needs of high potential individuals as well as of organisations. They are also certified career coaches.
