The work method of Yess
Prior to accepting a search assignment, Yess thoroughly investigates the situation and the desired profile. Based on our expertise we are able to advise about a function, type of candidate and salary. Upon accepting the assignment, Yess is committed to the result: the assignment is not complete until the moment that the candidate is hired.
Thorough reports
Two consultants carry out each assignment. After an extensive orientation all relevant aspects are written up in a report, called ’our understanding of the situation’. This report, after the client’s approval, forms the basis for the research and selection.
During the selection naturally the obvious criteria training and experience are looked at first. In addition the focus lies in the perfect match between candidate and culture, the ambitions of the individual and the organisation itself. With the introduction of the candidates the client receives a thorough report on the candidates. Furthermore, Yess remains closely involved with the discussions between the client and the candidates and the final choice.
Fee
In each phase of the process quality and objectivity come foremost. For this reason Yess’ fee is independent of the salary level of the function concerned. The fixed fee is determined first with the client.
Pudding? Eating!
The proof of the pudding is in the eating. This is why supervision and evaluation weigh so heavily at Yess. If the result does not meet expectations, then Yess will look for a solution together with the client. After all we did not make a commitment for nothing.
