The first contact
We look for the right people through our networks and associates. Additionally candidates may take the initiative. In that case the first contact with Yess begins with submitting a résumé. Our consultants read all letters and résumés carefully and confidentially file this information. If an invitation follows for an interview then the qualities and mentality are studied closely. Special attention is paid to proven results, but equally important are ambition, motivation, life vision and personal priorities.
