Evaluating the “how”
During meetings with potential candidates, our consultants do not merely focus on what a candidate has achieved; how a professional works is often a better predictor of success than a resume alone. That is why YESS focusses on the how-questions, based on our competency-oriented interview model. The answers to these questions provide insight into the competences and allow for an accurate assessment of how the candidate will perform in the role. They will also provide an indication of whether the candidate will excel within the organisation and whether he/she will be a good fit within the company.
Committed to results
Our consultants’ objective is for our candidates to exceed expectations in their new job. We therefore maintain regular contact with both the candidate and the client to find out whether the match is meeting expectations and how the candidate is faring. The personal and professional involvement of our consultants stems from a long-term sense of solidarity with the clients and candidates. This long-lasting bond is one of the reasons that approximately two-thirds of our mandates consist of so-called repeat-mandates for existing clients.
